Install java and maven in windows 11

1.  Download java from Oracle and install as executable.

Maven installation, MAVEN_HOME, Path

1.  Download maven zip file from Maven Download and extract the zip file 
2. Keep the folder in Program Files at : C:\Program Files\apache-maven-3.8.6-bin
3. MAVEN_HOME
